Adding exercise

I finally startes to add exercise to my daily routine and I am starving. Does this get better once I get used to the added activity??

    You should be eating back at least a portion of your exercise calories.

    The diet plan I am on accounts for 150 mins of weekly exercise. Anything over that I need to adjust. If I still feel hungry after this week I will chat with my coach.
