Fasting? To get abs?

Uhge...

Just a quick question. A simple yes or no would be just fine.

Can women get seriously defined abs without doing intermittent fasting?

I reeeeeeaallly don't want to that. But if that's what it takes...

Thanks everyone

Intermittent fasting has nothing to do with getting abs, at least not directly.

It is an eating schedule that may improve dietary adherence in some people.

If you can stick to an energy deficit with a different eating schedule then you will still progress.

Yes. All it takes is to get your body fat % really low so the abs are not covered by a thick layer of fat.

Of course. To get abs you just have to lower your body fat %. Doesnt matter what you do to get there, IF or whatever.

    Yes.

IF is just an eating protocol to help you control calorie consumption within a given time frame. It is not magic (I've been following IF for 1.5 years now).

You can obtain great results with, or without it. It boils down to you and how consistent you are with your diet, exercise, and rest.
