Advice on lean muscle ?

Add me up peeps ๐ and if anyone can help me out to get quick leaner muscle whilst gaining weight and what weight and sets/reps to go for I would really appreciate it๐ค๐ผ

Small surplus, adequate protein, proven progressive overload program from the sticky or similar. Thatโs about it5

Quality & optimal amount of protien that includes 3-4g of leucine per meal.
Program the includes progressive overload with some sort of regulation with proper load management.
5g of creatine monohydrate daily.
