Advice on lean muscle ?

Add me up peeps ๐Ÿ˜† and if anyone can help me out to get quick leaner muscle whilst gaining weight and what weight and sets/reps to go for I would really appreciate it๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ

    Small surplus.

    Quality & optimal amount of protien that includes 3-4g of leucine per meal.

    Program the includes progressive overload with some sort of regulation with proper load management.

    5g of creatine monohydrate daily.

    All muscle is lean.

    When you gain weight, you're going to gain fat and muscle. To minimize the fat and maximize the muscle, do what @chieflrg lists above.
