Hey guys! im new to MFP! I am trying to lose 10 pounds by mid June as my first Fitness goal! I am currently walking regularly and doing light workouts at home! I am hoping to find some Women friends who are starting out slow like me. I am currently 186pds and am hoping to be 165 by the end of the year!
