I need assistance in how to cope naturally with the new work load. I am a new personal trainer since sept. I staryed biotcamp en the pas month i have been doing ore personal clients in the morning. So i try and exercise with everyone... but some sessions i can feel my body saying no so i do a few moves and say i need to check the clients posture. Now in week 3 of having 4client (4hours) in the morning and bootcamp at night (1hour).... my body aches and pains where it never has before.... i am not the fittest pt but getting there and def better from where i was before. But some of these pains do bother me and the tiredness is overwhelming at night. I also have 3 kids and still run my own house without help. I need to know whats the best ways to deal woth this and how i can make changes to improve the situation

Don't exercise with everyone. They are paying you to be a trainer, not an exercise partner. You should be paying attention to the clients form and encouraging them.

If you want to do a few reps to get them started that's fine, but your objective should be coaching them.

    Best of luck

Yep. The best instructors are the ones that walk around and encourage. I have taken many classes over the years and it is no fun taking classes with instructors who are for their own exercise. For you, you will wear yourself quickly. Take care of yourself.

If you are trying to lose weight, it will be all about your calorie intake anyways.

I really wouldn’t want my PT exercising with me, I pay him to pay attention to my form and to teach me, why do you feel you should be exercising with your clients?
