4 week newbie

At age 60 I retired, I’m now 66 and 25 pounds heavier. I decided to do something about it and joined a very popular weight loss program. However it did not work out for me. Since joining this program I have lost 5 1/2 pounds in four weeks. I do cardio/weight training twice a week and yoga twice a week. I find my biggest impact is counting my calories. I was amazed at how much I was eating, like two huge plates of spaghetti! I’m now consuming 1200 cal a day, weekends are tough as that’s when I have my red wine, however I’m still losing weight and by exercising I’m losing inches, 2 inches around my waist! I’m so happy I found this program and I hope to hear tips and tricks from all of you. Thank you. Linda
