I looked at my weekly calories it said I am 4820 under my weekly calories. Yesterday I ate 3500 calories ,exercise or my steps gave me some calories back and it ended up being over -1500. So will I gain weight from yesterday’s night of fun?

Are you saying you were under 4820 for the week, but over 1500 for the day?
If so, you'll lose fat for the week, but probably see a temporary scale jump for a few days from water retention from extra salt/carbs in the extra food. No big deal.4 -
OP, fun = gain weight.
Always.
It'll be gone soon, so don't stress about it.2
