I have a question about the balance between sodium and potassium, I’ve read that you want your potassium to be be a little over sodium but I’m confused on which to pay attention to the blue bars or the number on the left for the balance level, please help if you can

You want your potassium bar from diet to go up faster than your sodium bar. They are set up for a higher ratio of potassium to sodium.0
