Shredding - going great but questions...

I started shredding about three weeks ago. I’m pretty ripped but I work at McDonald’s and gained about a stone since I started. I haven’t checked my weight as much but in three weeks I went from having stomach to having abs and it keeps getting better.

I have some questions about my diet.

I eat a lot of protein 150-180g per day, that’s through shakes and a lot of chicken. I take bcaa’s, creatine, whey protein. I drink a lot of water.

I went from eating 2500-3000 calories per day to 1750, did that for about a week and a half.

After a week and I half I couldn’t eat 1750 calories any more, it was too much so I went down to 1650.

It happened again, I ate 1400 calories today and I’m not hungry any more.

Is it safe if I go that low? Or will I start losing my gains?

You don't give us any stats, so nobody can give you any specific advice, but large calorie deficits are not muscle-sparing.

Yes you will start losing your gains. You might see more "definition" but it's not more muscle, it's less body fat. And also less muscle.
