I worked out 30 minutes after eating some snacks,now what?

I’ve never done this before, I always waited or worked out with minimal food in my stomach. Is this going to throw me off or should I just not freak out... I was kinda in a rush. I did mostly cardio and situps/squats

    If it didn't bother you (some people feel nauseous or bloated if they exercise too soon after eating), it's not a problem. Don't freak out.

    I usually eat a little something about half an hour before a workout. It's just fine. It doesn't matter when you eat calories, if that was your concern.
