Hi just started a free trial but I can’t see how to adjust a food to an exact weight eg if I have had 70g of something where the database gives eh value per 1g or 100gm?

You could enter 70 servings of 1 gram or 0.7 servings of 100 grams.3

When you enter food there should be three boxes, one for amount of 'servings', one for choice of serving type (like grams, deciliters, etc) and one for which meal to add it to.
So if you want to add something, and MFP tells you this:
[1.0] [100 grams]
[Breakfast]
Then you simply change the first box accordingly. So in this case, 70 grams would become:
[0.7] [100 grams]
[Breakfast]
And then add0 -
If you have something like peanut butter, and you're eating 25 grams, but the serving size is 28 grams, you can enter it as (get out the calculator to divide 25/28) 0.893 servings! Or you can edit the nutritional information on the entry so that the serving size reads "28 grams", instead of "1 tablespoon (28 grams)" and it will populate the option drop-down with a 1 g choice.

Some selections of the same food will have different weight measurements to choose from. You will have to play around while selecting which one has the right measurement for you!0
