Need Motivation & Support!! :)

Hello everyone, I don’t know if many of you have seen my post on my eating disorder. I’m trying my best to move in the right direction. Before anyone says anything, no I don’t have treatment team for complicated reasons. I wanted to post this because I would love to have motivation and support for wonderful people through my recovery process. Ive always had fear foods, eating disorder thoughts and rituals. One of my biggest is cheese, milk & butter. My ED says having more than one kind of fat in a day is bad. Ex: having butter AND milk ( days & sugar ) is bad. However, I want to combat this :) I would love to hear of things I could try or even just helping me push myself to have confidence to continue fighting it. Thanks so much! <3
