Out of curiosity- what did you set your MFP goals at? What was your caloric intake when you started?
Do you exercise- if so... did you eat your exercise calories back?

Thanks!! I can't remember what my calories were at when I started, but i think now they're a little over 1300 or so.
Yes i DEFINITELY exercise. 6 days a week for usually around 90 min give or take. Lots of weightlifting along with my cardio. I've found that's when the weight starts really falling off. Plus I love getting some muscles! lol.
I used to eat my exercise cals back but would usually just maintain weight that way. However, once in a while I'll eat some of them back, I just try to make smart choices.0 -
