Weight loss through 8+ hour work days

I own a landscaping company. I work by myself 6/7 days a week. I have to work 6/7 days 10+ hours. It’s a seasonal job so make as much as I can now. I usually from 7:30/8AM-7:30pm. I rake leaves shovel topsoil and mulch into wheel barrels walk to wheel barrel 5200 feet plus, remove logs after tree work, you name it it’s all physical. I walk anywhere between 15 to 25,000 steps a day. Out of those steps a lot of them consist of raking and shoveling and moving wheelbarrels.
Question is..
How many calories do you think I burn a day
I’m 31-year-old male, 216 pounds. I’ve been losing weight more rapidly with work picking up, and I’m still in my calorie deficient consuming 2200 cal a day. If somebody can just give me a rough estimate on the amount of calories, thank you

Do you want to lose weight?
Run your mfp stats; select very active; I’d probably only do .5lb loss a week just because of your work type and adjust from there2 -

This is probably a good place to start. Because while I think you can lose weight safely at more than .5 a week but you also may be even more active than "very active", so choosing that slow rate of loss will give you extra calories to account for your extra activity.

There are a few daily calorie expenditure calculators online that aren't bad. They seemed to align pretty well with MFP estimates.
I am built pretty thick, lots of muscle mass (even when I was fat!) so the estimates weren't great for me, as I tended to need more calories than what they were telling me.

Can you get a fitness tracker, which will help you track calories? Not sure, but I think a Fitbit does something like that.0

If you tell people how fast you are losing weight "since work picked up" then you can work it out from your rate of loss. Better to use your own data than rely on calculators.
You can adjust your daily goal manually as well as by changing activity settings.1
