Hi, I recently came across this "Endomorph" body type, it sounds like I am one of them, slowly over the past 15 years I have gained about 2 lbs per year or so, I can't seem to lose it. Is anyone here on an Endomorph Diet Plan, if so, what are some good tips, diet plan (daily) or any info would be good.

What are your stats? Height, starting weight, goal weight, age? Somotypes are not a thing.7

You need to eat less calories than your body burns. That is what is important, not which "type" you are.6

Two pounds gain per year is a miniscule surplus or a tiny change in activity, not attributable to any body type. Just eat less and move more No special diet plan required.10

Specifically, something approximating 20 calories a day, on average. It's in the region if what's usually thought of as age creep, but is usually really mostly reduced average daily life activity, and insufficient muscle stimulus to maintain muscle mass.
Since you have 30 pounds to lose, you might be able to target a pound a week for the first 10, after which half a pound weekly would be more risk-averse.

Somatotypes have been debunked. If you eat at a calorie deficit you will lose weight. The end5

Endomorph, ectomorph etc are old diet myths from decades ago.
Lots of good science has been done since then that show weight loss has nothing to do with any of that.
Other old diet beliefs you should avoid include:
detoxing, egg diets, wheat belly, pH diet, blood type diet, leaky gut, liver cleanse, "sugar addiction", burn belly fat diets/workouts, "carbs are evil", low fat diet, water fasting, and any type of starvation diet.
Well done for asking about it here. Lots of successful people to learn from in Community. Best wishes!!4
