My goal is to get 165 but in reality just to be anywhere in the 100's is my wish. I haven't been in my hundreds for ten years.3

I'm 5'8" and hovering around 170 for years, which makes me happy since I once weighed over 300 lb and I like the way I look at 170-ish.
My overall goal is to stay in the 160-180 range for the rest of my life. Lower would be okay too but I'm really happy with that goal range. I don't think I'd want to go under 140 and never over 200 again.3 -

Well a few years ago when I was 275lbs my goal was 200lbs now that I'm at 207lbs, I dunno, I still just feel like the same fat girl I was back then. 160ish maybe? I'm not really sure I'll ever feel like I'm not just a fat girl.0

My old goal weight was 185 and was there and too skinny. Now I'm way bigger(50-50 good weight and bad) and I think 195-200 may be too light. It's going to have to be when my dress pants fit right again!! 50yo and 5"11Male0

About 105lbs give or take a few. I’m more concerned about how my clothes fit.1

5/11, I'd like to get my body fat down into the low teens and build a stronger upper torso. Lots of hiking and biking mean I have some pretty lower body strength, but I'd like to balance it out. Whatever that puts me at weight wise, I'm not ultra concerned about as long as I can do the things I want to do.0

I'm male 5'3 and 119 lbs, my goal is 115 (highest I've been is 130). It may sound dumb, but as a rock climber, it's a million times easier to lose five pounds of fat than gain five pounds of strength.0
