Starting to jump rope, do ab workouts, legs and arms. But what’s the best? Any opinions?

Fat doesn't turn into muscle. Besides that, the best thing you can do while you lose weight is lifting weights. Resistance training will help you keep whatever muscle mass you have as you lose weight. Once you get to goal, if you keep following a progressive lifting program, you can eat at maintenance and recomp, which is when you build muscle while losing fat or you can eat at a small calorie surplus, build muscle and then cut again in an attempt to lose whatever fat you gained while eating in the surplus.15
