    I have one and LOVE it! Its really helped me recognise just how hard I need to work to burn those darned calories. And which exercises get my heart rate up consistently! I use it every time I exercise either in the gym with weights or on my bike for a long ride. Except for this morning when for some reason it didn't register my workout :-( .
