Today is my first day!

I'm getting married in a little over a year and I'd like to feel more confident and healthy for it, and be able to wear a pretty dress. I also suffer from several digestive issues that losing weight and eating healthier food should help to get under control. I broke my leg and ankle in 2015 and had a hard time healing. While incapacitated, I gained a ton of weight. I've used every excuse I can to justify just sitting on my butt and I just can't anymore. I'm tired of feeling like crap all the time. I need to change this around. I'm looking for female fitness buddies to stay motivated with. Anyone interested?
