I’m afraid to take appetite suppressant pills because they are similar to Wellbutrin which I had a bad reaction. Can anyone tell me about their experiences?

Why take a pill that has side effects? A pill is just a bandaid. Weight lose is hard work and is challenging. If you are not up to the challenge don't bother.0

Weight loss pills don't work.
Just eat in a deficit.0 -
I used them years ago in high school. Lost weight when I stopped double the weight came back. Count calories, and move that works best. Consistency is the key, take in less cals then you burn. The easy way is easy but wont last I have kept off 30lbs for over 10 years by the harder way.
