I know it sounds weird lol! But this has been my go to at night! I can't eat dairy.

1 frozen large banana or 150g frozen banana
1 serving frozen Cauliflower rice (can't taste this at all! It just Thickens and gives you more ice cream for minimal cals)

2-3 tbsp cocoa powder

Fourth cup almond milk

Blend until its ice cream consistancy.

I also microwave a half tbsp coconut oil then mix in powdered vanilla or chocokate peanut butter. Pour over and it makes a candy shell.

How much is "one serving" of frozen cauliflower rice? And how does one make this frozen cauliflower rice?

I actually tried adding frozen cauliflower to my strawberry smoothie yesterday instead of banana and you don't even taste it. Trying to add more veggies in smoothies since I don't like a lot of veggies. I'm totally going to try this next.

I think you grind cauliflower pieces in a blender to make them really small, like grains of rice ( have not actually done this myself)

But you can also buy it ready made, either fresh or frozen.
