Up all night

The only time I can make it to the gym is after 9... so 10/10:30 before I am home...by the time I clean up and unwind it is well after midnight and I am wide awake. Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix that without giving up my gym time???

    Meditation, lavender scents, filtering blue light from electronics (or better yet putting them away), reading, adjusting the temperature to 65-68 and taking a bath are all proven to help. Melatonin may also hwlp. I take the fast dissolve kind and get sleepy in about 15 minutes.
