Not Perfect - Working Towards Consistency

I am working on being more consistent with my eating and exercising habits. My goal centers on the amount and consistency of physical and mental energy I have throughout the day. Looking for others to connect with, check-in with or support along the way with their goals. I am not perfect and cannot promise to complete my food diary entries everyday but I can and will be here often and will support you as needed!
