I didn’t think cheese was good for you and all I’m reading is eat cheese? Is this right😮

Its high in saturated fat and calories so not sure how it is considered healthy. Where are you reading to "eat cheese"?4

cheese is fine to eat if it fits in your calorie allotment. i eat cheese nearly every day. and i've lost about 55lbs6

Cheese is great if you're going low-carb. It's a very filling high-protein/high-fat food that's easy and portable. "good for you" all depends on a lot of things. Obviously eating 5 cans of Cheese Whiz a day isn't good for you.6

there are no good or bad foods really. you want a good mix of everything. nothing bad about eating some cheese.

Where are you reading "eat cheese"? Was it from a LCHF proponent? But your original statement, that cheese is not good for you, is also not necessarily accurate. Both seem to be grounded in some pseudoscience.
As others have said, nothing wrong with cheese, or any other food, in moderation, in the context of an overall healthy, balanced, and calorie appropriate diet.

mmm cheese - i routinely have an ounce or so a day - helps me to hit my fat/protein numbers when i go a bit hog wild with carbs1
