Figuring out how much exercise to log

Hello Everyone,

I am very new to this site and have a question about how to enter exercise. I will be walking with my wife 3 - 4 times a week and I know how to log that. My question is I am also a youth baseball umpire from ages 6-18.

How would I classify running around a field for 2 hours, also I would sweat more behind the plate due to the gear we have to wear for protection. I do weekend tournaments as well and could do 9 or 10 games in 2 days.

Any help or suggestions would be great.
