Back at it again

Hey guys, my name is Steve. This isn't my first time in using MFP because over the past 5 or 6 years I've used it off and on. Over that time, I've had some success in that I was close to my goal but then things changed and then I started to slowly pack the weight back on. When I was almost at my goal weight, I was close to 185 lbs but then when I starting gaining the weight back, I went up to about 230 lbs. I really struggled with maintaining a positive attitude and was lacking motivation. I also at times didn't really care and pretty much ate what I felt like eating.
Since then, I've changed some of my eating habits and have also started exercising.
I decided to come back to MFP again so I can keep myself accountable and try to get back to success I've had in the past but this time to keep the weight off this time.
