KEEPING MYSELF MOTIVATED

I AM FINALLY DOING THIS DIET AND WORKING OUT THING THE RIGHT WAY... I AM DOWN 23LBS, AND FEEL GREAT! I AM SO AFRAID THAT I WILL START GOING BACKWARDS SINCE I AM NOT ABLE TO WORKOUT IN THE EVENINGS LIKE I DID AT FIRST. I HAVE 10LBS TO GO, AND I DONT WANT TO DISAPPOINT MYSELF OR THE PPL THAT ARE MOTIVATED BY MY SUCCESS. THIS IS A CONSTANT STRUGGLE... ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO KEEP BEING ACTIVE WHILE WORKING 2 JOBS? I WORK 12HRS MON-FRI
