Is there a certain number of steps or something like that I could base my activity level off of?

I had seen this before:
Sedentary = less than 5000
Low activity = 5000-7499
Somewhat active = 7500-9999
Active = more than 10000
Highly active = more than 12500
These are steps before intentional exercise2 -
Choose based on your job. Sync your tracker and if any adjustments are necessary they'll happen.1
