Hello Everyone

Hello.

So quick intro my name is Page and I just had a rude awakening. I was alway a little big but then in 2018 I met my now Fiancé and got a job ( where I move around a lot less) and I guess I got caught up with everything and always put off the diet until next week. Well I guess I put it off for about 52 weeks and I just recently got back on the scale. I gained so much weight I literally thought my scale was broken. So I am here and looking for friends so we can support each other!

My current diet is just trying to cut down calories and up my vegetable intake. I’d love to hear about other people approaches to diet, exercise and staying focused.
