Four years ago I lost a ton of weight just eating better and exercising. In September 2016, I tore my ACL which started a slow demise into gaining my weight back. The following year, right after I had fully recovered from my ACL reconstruction, I got pregnant! So on top of the 10-15 lbs I gained while recovering, I gained an additional 60 lbs while pregnant.
My daughter is now a year old and I have spent the past 10 months on Weight Watchers trying to lose the baby weight. I am about 9 lbs short of pre-baby weight. I decided to give up WW because I dont think that spending $20 a month on an app to log food was right. I KNOW what to do, I just need to do it.
I am looking for a support group and people with similar goals to my own.
