OMG I love boder collie's!!!!! I don't know how to put pics up. I have the cutest doggy ever. She's half Jack Russell and half long haired Chihuahua. She's so smart and tells me what she wants.8

So adorable!!🥰2 -
Roxie played with her cousins: Mo, Bolt, and Fagan yesterday. She’s gonna sleep all day today. We did squeeze in a nice 14 minute walk in this morning.
Happy Monday!

Hello there! I am so glad you started this. A few of my pooches are on the thick side and we need to get ourselves outside and walk. A couple of my older girls (12yr old Princess and 15yr old Pippin) probably will not be able to walk, but maybe I can push them; Princess Gretchen has nasal cancer and Pippin is blind. But they are happy go lucky pups.Pippin

I've been stalking MFP forums for weeks but this is the first one I've felt compelled to participate in because I Love Dogs . This is my precious boi, Zizou. He's a Black Lab/Jack Russell mix and holy moly was he a high energy puppy. He's 3 now, but I've started doing Couch to 5K in order to do a fun activity with him. He would love it if I would go a little faster, but I'll get there some day!
Dogs are a great reason to get out and exercise so you can spend time together and make both of your lives healthier
I've really enjoyed looking at all the other doggos here! I'm really interested in knowing what kind of activity you and your pups do together, if you'd like to share!

My dog Gryffin and I like to run and hike together! We also recently got into agility and he seems to enjoy learning it! Someone in one of his first agility classes told me "old dogs can't learn new tricks" (Gryffin is almost 10) and we're here to prove them wrong.

Here's us running a dogs-allowed 5k recently:

We are ALL about walks, at any time of day. We also do some "fetch", so she can do some real sprinting. I'm just so SLOW! But we live in a rural area, so she gets lots of good sniffies while we're out together.3

Beauty guy!! Maybe part rottie too?? My Theo is in for neutering today so I walk/run solo. And he will be ticked right off when his walks have to happen on leash until he is healed. I may just bring him to town to walk so the temptation and smells of prairie chickens and deer and all the wild things are not available to sniff. He would think it more appropriate to be on leash in town. My family will tell me I am so overthinking this...spoiled, but well loved doggy!!

Wooow what a great life, getting to smell so many interesting things and be outside! He's a lucky boy (except for the neutering part. Sorry buddy!)2 -
I walk with Koffee (The Koffee Can, Koffee Bean, Mr. Bean, Koffeenator, Mr. Koffee) a golden retriever/aus shepherd mix. At almost 7 months and 35 lbs he's turning into a wonderful walk buddy. It helps with his endless puppy energy and hopefully it'll help with the weight loss.1

This is Arthur and he loves to chase lizards on our walks!

Fletcher and I get at least one long (35 - 45 minutes) walk every day and several shorter walks.

This is my Koffee, with a bit of cream, Aussie/Goldie mix. We did a 75 minute walk this morning.6 -
Meet my grandpup...Einstein. We managed a 3.5 mile walk in the rain this morning. We had a coyote pup walk across the street right in front of us.

She's a Komondor - they're the hyooooge ones... !
Ragnar will have a similar coat when he is grown (he's 9 months old), he's a Bergamasco, an Italian sheepdog that does the same sort of job as the Kom.2 -
What an adorable bunch of pooches!!
This is my walking buddy, Flo, sporting a fancy sand moustache after some exploring at the beach. She's not looking too happy about it, though she was really having a great time....I think she might have just got a mouthful of salt water. LOL
