hi everybody! My name is Emma and I am finally starting a food and Fitness makeover. I have a 6 month old daughter and I finally got the guts to weigh myself this morning. 246 lb. Ouch! Does anyone have any tips? I am lacking in energy but I need to do something! My daughter has just started eating and I want to be a good role model for her. I'm just so tired! Hah!
I live in Spain and the weather is great so I'm thinking about doing the couch 2 5k but I am so unfit. Will start tomorrow and I hope I don't collapse!

Since the weather is nice, start with going for walks with your daughter in a stroller. You can both benefit and walking is free. Eating less calories than your body burns is all you need to lose weight. Accurately weigh, measure, and log everything you eat and drink. Exercise is great for overall health, but not necessary for weight loss.
