Good news. If you were to be diagnosed with a treatable chronic condition this is the one you would want. Your diet will take diligence but with knowledge and application you will start to feel so much better.
The top tips I learned my first few months of diagnosis.
1. Log your meals to get an understanding about the nutritional profile of the foods you eat.
2. Eat on a schedule, starting with breakfast at the same time every day. This will make it much easier to track your highs and lows.
3. Variety is king. A visual with a balanced plate of protein, vegetables and a modest amount of carbs was my best tool.
I wish you the very best.
