In my nutrients section it is saying the I should have no Unsaturated fats if any kind, but from what I have learned I though these fats were very good for you. Why am I not recommended to eat these?

MFP by default just has monounsaturated and polyunsaturated as a goal of zero because most people aren't trying to have a specific amount.
Even if you put an amount into them, since they are a macronutrient, MFP will treat them as a maximum (green until over, then red) instead of as a minimum.

Beyond getting essential fats in, there isn't a very good consensus on guidelines for MUFA and PUFA intake. Just a general idea that it is better to get more fats as MUFA and PUFA rather than as saturated fatty acids.

It should really say "N/A" as there is no agreed upon max or min, but it says 0 instead.
