11 days to lose 3.8lbs - it’s going to be really close. But last week, I had 2 BIG days of exercise. I noticed the big boost on the scale. So 1-2x, per day is the goal.

Man what an awful week I had w/hormones & emotions. I almost threw in the towel for good. But then I woke up this morning feeling better. I can tell it was TOM. So it's a new day. And I may not make my goal for this challenge, but that doesn't mean that I didn't work hard to get as far as I have. So over the next few days will whittle away what I can from this terribly gross gain.

Welp, I was hoping I’d get my final whoosh to meet my goal, but I’m still bouncing between 137 and 140. At any rate, it’s been a good challenge for me. I’ve gone from running 60 seconds to running 40 minutes, and I’m 6 pounds closer to my goal weight. That’s great progress for the past 10 weeks.

I am in, loved the Easter Challenge and met 2 goals for Easter. My first goal to lose 10lbs putting me at 212lbs completed on 3/5 and added a new goal of 201lbs completed on 4/19 by Easter was down to 199.2 I lost a total weight for that challenge of 22.8lbs. So here we go again

I have not done well with the challenge, struggling to hang on. I thought with school being out could get lots of walks in, but to my surprised it is filled with TSS, and behaviorist for my grandson, not to mention we had a 4th of July picnic yesterday with fireworks at a friends house.

June 7: 207.0 (-2.8) My head wasn't in the game the last couple of weeks because of a hip injury, but hip is feeling better and I'm getting back into exercise.
June 14: 206.3 (-3.5) PT is working great for my hip and I'm exercising more.
June 21:207.4 (-2.4) Felt bloated this morning. It's a good thing I also weigh daily.
