Grrrrr! I AM the human yoyo and it is starting to get me down now.

I just need to shift (counts on fingers lol) 12 more pounds and I just seem to have hit s brick wall.

My shape is certainly changing. Thing is I am one of those ppl that needs to see the scales go down 🙄

Any tips for a sustainable booster as apart from sewing my mouth shut I am at a loss what to do.

Also feel free to add me, I don't bite (unless you are food 🤣)

    With so little weight to lose you are going to have to be really diligent.

    Do you track your food? Do you use a food scale? Set your GOALS on this site to, "Lose 1/2 pound per week," log your exercise and food, eat a little more on exercise days and bring your patience. The last few pounds are the hardest. I was legitimately hungry for about nine months trying to lose the last 15.

    Log food, exercise, use a food scale.

    You can do it! You made it this far and just a little more to go! I like looking at my progress for motivation I did it back then and I can keep doing it:)
