The Fitness App is Better than the normal Myfitnesspal

I was wondering, I am able to see what my week looks like and see the macro-nutrients on the myfitnesspal APP. I am also able to see how many calories are left for the week on the APP. The Macro nutrient Ratios are really important to me ,because every time that I hit my ratio which is carbs- 40% : Protein 30% : fat 30 %, I always lose a tone of weight and fat that week. Can someone tell me how to do the same on a normal computer. Where do I go to get the summary for the week with all that valuable info?
