for beginner how much exercising is proper?

There is no general rule because beginner means many different things. You start with what you’re able to do and gradually build up from there. I’ve gone from not being to walk 1/4 mile to doing a triathlon. Just try to do some kind of movement every day, even if only 5-10 min. For someone else, beginner might be 30 or 60 min.1
