How to workout calories burned in a HIIT session?

Good evening everyone.
I have started to do HIIT sessions that I see on YouTube by Joe Wicks. I am an absolute beginner when it comes to them but I manage to do them.

I am trying to "Add Exercise" to MyFitnessPal, but I have no idea how much to put for calories burned.
This is the HIIT session I did today, for an example - it's 30 minutes total: 30 sec exercise / 30 sec rest

I see on google it says it's approximately 9-13 calories per minute that is burned during a HIIT, but with half of that workout being rest and the other half is the workout, do I calculate it as 9*15 or 9*30 ? Or is that completely wrong.

Any help and advice is much appreciated
Thanks in advance.

At a 7 minute HIIT, I usually end up with about 70 calories, but my rest is 10 seconds
