Hi everyone! So I’m in need of a good fitness plan that incorporates cardio and strength. I don’t have a gym membership but I do have a treadmill, 1-5 lb hand weights, a kettlebell, resistance bands and a medicine ball. As well as a stability ball and yoga mat/blocks.

I’ve been doing this workout plan and I’m on week 11. I think this is one of the best beginners plans out there: http://www.superskinnyme.com/weight-loss-exercise-plan.html0

There are some beginner strength training programs that are bodyweight based linked in the thread below, so you need minimal/no equipment to start:

You could do one of those, plus treadmill (or outdoor walking/jogging/running such as a couch to 5K program (C25K) ) for cardio.
