101 Days until Move to Poland

After tonight, I will have 101 days until my move to Poland.

I want to be at 108 lb (or as close as possible because of weight fluctuations) by the time I go there because I will be seeing my partner, Wojtek, and I want to be fully confident in and comfortable with my body.

If I want to eat enough, I have to create much of the deficit through exercise so this requires me to exercise for 3 hours a day on the elliptical OR 4 hours walking on the treadmill. I could increase the incline if it's not too tiring but I need to test it out. I watch the news, listen to music, and read while exercising. I am tired of listening to the same music though and have 101 days to go (any recommendations?)

Not only do I have to do this but I'm not well rested and before I go I need to hire someone to make a video for my career in Poland in fitness, go to the social security administration to get a replacement social security card, and go to the DMV. I also need to buy dresses, 2 suitcases, get the bed shipped there, and other miscellaneous items. I also need to practice Polish cooking and go to a few places in Manhattan to show him (I don't absolutely have to do this).

Today Wojtek was telling me that I don't need to lose weight and look good the way I am, but what he does not understand is that my current weight is the highest I've ever been due to 2 months of emotional eating and is significantly higher than I have been before. 108 lb is the highest weight at which I would be comfortable with my own body. It is worth trying to think about what he said though and maybe long term I could be okay at 108....for years I was a lot lower and I am not used to being above 100 lb.
