Water: My WeightLoss Assistant

1. Have lemon water first thing in the morning. (200 ml water + 5-8 drops of fresh lemon juice).
2. Repeat every hour.
3. Lemon water helps in digestion. Sluggish digestion is one of the causes of weight gain.
4. At the end of the day, my lemon water consumption is easily 2.5 liters out of my 3 liter water goal per day.
5. It keeps my stomach full and kills those hunger pangs in between meals.
6. It reduces my water retention problem.

Such a simple, natural "liquid food" to help with my weightless! Would recommend it for everyone.

    Thanks for sharing what has worked for you. I like a squeeze of lime in my water. Also enjoy a refreshing bottle of San Pellegrino, a joy I learned from my travels to Italy.

    I try to always drink a glass of plain water first thing in the morning. I think it helps replace fluids lost overnight through sweating and peeing. I don't put lemon in it; I prefer my water plain and the temperature right out of the tap is my favorite.

    Everyone is different and likes different things. As long as you drink enough water/liquid so that your urine is light colored; you're not operating dehydrated.

    I like to start the day with plain water too. I am so thirsty that too tall glasses are easy. I drink these while making coffee, then another two when taking my vitamins post breakfast.

    I like lemon water and lime water. I love the flavor so it encourages me to drink more water.

    Lemon water with fresh mint tastes amazing. Same with cucumber water.
