Does everyone have the same macros everyday? Or does it change when you have rest days?

It changes for me on rest days simply because I have fewer calories. My macro targets vary almost on a daily basis depending on my activity level because my calorie allowance varies.1

When I'm bulking I try to keep calories and macros the same. When cutting I calorie cycle (based on my lifting schedule not necessarily activity). However I do not use MFP calories (where exercise is not included) rather I use TDEE (which includes all exercise and activities) so I control my daily calories.1

I have preset macros for workout days that differ from those on non-workout days. The adjustment comes mainly in carbs, which I increase on workout days, with Protein and Fats remaining constant. You could argue that it takes around 12 or so hours for carbs to be converted into muscle glycogen for immediate use, but as I workout in the evening any carbs I get early in the day will hopefully be available when I workout.
