Underweight: Gaining Weight Journey

Hi everyone. I’m 26 y.o., female, coming from Europe. Whole my life I’ve been underweight. It’s not important what I eat, when, how much, food just go through my body and do nothing for me.
I am 166 cm tall (about 5’5), 46 kg (+- 100 lbs). I was bullied as a kid a lot, from there comes my depression in early age, but bullying is happening today as well. I’m working in the place for elderly people, my colleagues coming from Medical field but still making mean comments from time-to-time.
I did every health check anyone suggested to me and nothing is wrong. I am young, healthy woman. But my metabolism is so fast and I’m tired of being in the bathroom 40-50 min after every meal. 🚽 I'm working full-time and have just 1 pause from 1:30 pm to 2 pm.
Few days ago I started to track my food on MFP, I don’t consume fast-food, I’m cooking for myself, so my diet is not so so bad, but of course could be better. I ordered Women’s Best Complex Weight Gainer and Micellar Casein Protein. I don’t have idea if this would work, but I’m ready to try.
