Is my first goal realistic?

Hello it's been about a year now I've been avoiding getting started on my weight loss journey because of the dedication and effort required, but it's now or never as I have been putting my life on hold and need to get back into shape before I break.
I am 34 year old, female, sedentary work, gym training 4 x per week combination cardio and light weights/bodyweight or HIIT.
Current weight 77kg / 170 lbs
Goal weight 60 kg / 133 lbs
I would like to lose 5 kg by June 7 (about 6 weeks time) - is this possible eating at 1200 calories per day?
I have always been slim but gained a lot of weight very quickly due to illness/injury, just overeating and all the wrong foods. I feel like I am carrying a lot of extra body fat and I know my body to shed fat quite quickly when I am disciplined because I have a relatively good metabolism.
Also any tips for hormone balancing? I have been under a lot of stress, which is affecting my sleep, moods and not menstruating either so clearly something is out of whack.
Thankyou kind people in advance for your wisdom and advice. x

How tall are you? That will indicate your BMI which will indicate a realistic rate of loss. Do you know your body fat %?0

Set MFP to lose 1lb/week and eat to those calories. Also eat back a portion of your exercise calories. Properly fueling is just as important as maintaining a healthy deficit. Forget the deadline, more often than not deadlines just put more pressure on you.
The only way to deal with being under a lot of stress is to address as best as possible what's causing the stress to begin with. If you're not menstruating that's worrisome, and makes me think you're under-eating and/or not getting enough protein. You might want to also check in with your doctor on that matter.4 -

At BMI=24.9, you are technically in the "normal" range already. So I agree with MichelleSilverleaf that 1lb/wk is realistic. Faster than that and you risk losing muscle/lean mass which is MUCH more difficult to gain than fat is to lose. Why add even MORE stress to a body that is trying to recover with a too large deficit?
My tip for hormone balancing is pick a reasonable deficit and eat enough fat (0.45g/lb body weight for women). Michelle is right here, too. Check with your doctor.2
