A good day to one and all.

Glasgow (Scotland) based fat person here. Intended to start yesterday but got sidetracked, which is a pathetic excuse.

Realise I need more control and structure over my diet. Looking to lose 70lbs. No deadline or rush, just hoping to get there at some point in the future.

For the first time in my life I weighed a slice of bread this morning. Normally I would cut a couple from the loaf but seeing the calorie content I stuck with one to have with my poached eggs. I shan't be buying bread for a while!

Starting the day in a positive frame of mind.
