Hi Everyone. I’m searching for some friends to perk up my newsfeed. I had reasonable success losing 90lbs around 5 years ago and am looking to recommit myself to tracking and being consistent. I’m currently +10lbs from my lowest weight and do a mix of cardio, strength programming, yoga and occasionally roller derby. I follow flexible dieting and track macros and calories alike.
