Hi, my name is Pat. I'm almost 65. I'm in Nottinghamshire, UK. I was a WeightWatchers member for 10 years and got to and maintained my goal weight. Things went a bit pearshaped when WeightWatchers plan became Flex, and went all new agey. Things like eggs, tinned tomatoes and aggravate my Eczema. So bye,bye WeightWatchers and hello MyFitnessPal. I exercise everyday and do my exercises from the physio every evening.
I've been using the app for about 4 weeks. Lost 3 lbs so far which as I was aiming for 0.05lb per week is OK.
