Just joined yesterday and I am liking this site so far. I need the accountability and the ability to track everything. I am looking to get back into shape by losing around 60 pounds. I am 44 years old and in Savannah GA. Usually a couple of times a year I get the right mindset and do great for a few weeks but then slowly drift back into old habits. Most often this happens because I get too ambitious and injure myself during exercise. Well I did it again. Started two weeks ago doing basic body weight exercises and pulled a chest muscle pretty badly this week. I am determined this time to keep going by eating healthy and continuing to cycle to get my exorcise in. I am hoping to be heeled up and doing some more challenging exercises again in a few weeks. Need to keep reminding myself that this process is a marathon and not a sprint
