I lost 6 stone in weight am no longer on medication I believe at the very least it saved my limbs and possibly my life.

Well done! I love those inspiring stories first thing in the morning. Step by step, meal by meal, day by day we can do it. I didn't feel at all to go for a healthy walk this morning but after having read your message, I managed nearly an hour. Doesn't sound much but with that huge extra weight I am carrying, still an effort. (32 kg down, about 50 or 60 kg to go.)1
